You have to also remember that Jesus also said what the Father knows is what He knows, and what He knows is what the Father knows. He does not have the omniscience of the Father being human, but He did have the wisdom of the Father.

I remember thinking; "boy, they just don't understand that we aren't supposed to worship Jesus, but they are so sincere, if I could make them see the truth about Jehovah, they could really be a strong Christian"...and I also remember Christians being very kind, as they tried to explain some scriptures in Acts, or about the resurrection...and these were older, mature Christians, but no, they might be older, but MY training as a witness of the "true-God" is far superior to their trinity God, or their Jesus worship...but I must tell you, I just never felt right about the things I was trying to tell them about Jesus....because I had not been introduced to the Holy Spirit yet...I could tell they never believed what I was saying about Him,and they were being the patient ones...The only ones that really listened to me about the Watchtower , had never learned anything much about the Bible before we studied, so what I told them was all they knew....I am glad I have the real truth of Christ now,,,but I do remember these feelings of spiritual inadequacy when speaking about Jesus, and the strong Faith we need in Him. I have multiple questions about my diet and the problems i've been having..(Please help)?

Okay so, for a long time now, i've been dieting and exercising along with it obviously. Btw im a 14 year old girl, and my height is 5'6... weight, ill get into that later..(you'll see). So now for my exercise, i recently started running the mile... i was starting with once a week, then i eventually started running it almost everyday(trying) with the weather being crappy, rain etc. , also my brother, was taking me to the high school track where i live and that kind of stopped between him working, not having time, and being busy most of the time. So that stopped so i started instead walking down to my school which is literally a 6 minute walk away and running around the field 4 times or either the school(got sick of the field so just recently started running the school) which is a mile cause i did in gym class. I think this whole week, ever since monday, i've ran it everyday. i don't even know how to tell you my weigh and if its water or fat, it sucks! im either 157, 162,163,164,or 165. i was 163 last night, started out with 162 this morning, and now im 165! Ever since february, my doctor's appointment, i was 168, and i haven't seen that weight in a while so i think ive lost that.. i was told that i was not fat, but basically overweight for my age. I started cutting back little by little at that time, and it was hard for me so i stopped,(which i REALLY wish i didn't have) and started eating again, however somehow maintaining that weight(i forget howw) then it got easier in march, i figured out more ways, obviously april, and may... and i forget when but like i said i started running the mile little by little and now. So, my question is losing weight.. like more than 10.. but i actually think i know why this hasn't been going well is because the main reason, my dieting. It's been HORRIBLE and sooo hard for me. Between these awful cravings(my mom thinks im a sugar addict) and not being able to control it whatso ever. and the fact that i haven't been losing any weight, as much as i want to in this amount of time that im starting to give up then start up back again which is taking me incredibly soooo much amount of time than what i want it to. the beginning of today was going good for me, i was thinking about running the mile twice, but im soo tired and i just recently got a pain on the top of my leg, bottom, and it feels like a bruise and hurts running... there always has to be some freaking problem making it even HAAARDER for me! ugh! sorry.. the end of today though, not so good. i skipped dinner, thinking i would lose more, but it ended up backfiring me from being sooo hungry for the rest of the night. i did eat watermelon and a banana for dinner. but so farr ive aten 2 yogurts, two ice cream sandwhiches, ice cream, chips, i think maybe even a little bit more but yeah.... :( then i got really mad and started doing pushups and everything. i weighted myself, i was back at 165 and i totally gave up and started eating more but now, its stopped as i speak. My plan was to lose like all the extra fat off of me, so i could be skinny or thin again like 15-20 pounds before atleast summer, then it extended to 4th of july so i could be able to enjoy the food and wear nice clothing and look good and feel confident but now, 4th of july is just around the corner(3 days) and i have a party im attending and its not going to go well unless you could just magically lose 20 pounds in 3 days... maybe even just 10.... also, forget to mention, but my mom did say she has noticed a bloatyness i had on my face off and i look a bit less bloaty kind of that small layer of fat off if you know what i mean.... i dont get how that can happen when i was 168, 3 pounds more(well, depends if im still 165, never know with me i could go back down or whatever ugh) but that i dont get.. soooo.... maybe for a snack only have one slice of bread or half a slice because too many carbs will make you gain weight. try not to have similar meal in the same day, you will get too much of the nutrients that's in that meal which isn't a good thing. fruits that are white on the inside(apples, bananas, peaches...) have more calories, so other fruits like oranges or plums would be a better choice if you eat it that often. try having a salad with seasoned-rice vinegar instead of dressing would be good to pair with a meal since it fills you up and is very low in calories, fat, sugar, ect. hope this helps!

I would definately say knott's is better for someone your age. Disneyland is fun, but alot of the fun is from the themed nature and layout of the park. Knott's definately has much better rides and roller coasters. Also, Disneyland had some buy killed on Thunder Mountain Railroad a couple years back too, and then two others on the boat to tom sawyer island a long time ago. Borderline Personality Disorder and PCOS, common?

It could be because I had BPD, and pretty much about the same time, I was insulin resistant, and had really bad acne. Now I just avoid any processed sugars. So I still eat fruits, but I don't overdo it. My favorite fruit are bananas, but I try to eat just half a banana at a time, and at the end of the day I finish up the other half, so I don't overload my system. When I really crave jam or something, I only get the ones with just fructose, meaning no sugar added. Same thing with pretty much everything else. Also juice that has no sugar added to it. But as far as BPD is concerned, I think the breakthrough for me happened when I found myself alone at one point, I just lost a "friend" that I thought meant a lot to me, turns out that person didn't really have the best intentions for me, but having that "abandonment' feeling again, somehow stirred the emotions within me, which were dormant inside. I think BPD's have a lot of emotions, but it's like they're underneath a block of ice. And sometimes some kind of abandonment has to happen again, in order for the BPD to feel again. They have to recreate that abandonment in order to break that block of ice. And being alone with no one to turn to helps as well. Because as long as BPD's have someone to explain their troubles to, they won't really get help, because this is their way of not dealing with the issue and their emotions themselves. They talk out their emotions rather than feel them. But yea coincidentally the two, BPD, and PCOS, stopped at about the same time. So eliminate sugars from your diet, drink water with meals, moisturize and get in touch with your real self. Also look to your past, your family members, who you were raised by, because oftentimes BPD sufferers get that way as a result of being wounded by one family member, while not being protected by another family member from that wound, or being abandoned by a family member only to be wounded later on. I read somewhere how BPD starts when the BPD person is hurt by someone, and a key figure in their life fails to prevent that hurt. Also BPD's, as sad as this is, oftentimes are born to parents, or a parent, sibling, uncle, who has a personality disorder, and this disorder isn't necessarily BPD as well. Sometimes, sadly, BPD's are born to an anti-social parent, aka sociopath, or sometimes even a narcissist. So just look at your past, put things together, and learn to feel. Feeling feels overwhelming at first, but pretty quickly you learn to incorporate your feelings into your thinking nature, and that's when you will feel the safest. The one thing that makes BPD sufferers feel safe is actually the thing they have been avoiding all along, feeling. Feelings keep you safe, trust me. Good luck.

Is cooking with whole grain flours the same as eating whole grains?

I read the other day that it is healthier to eat whole grains and to avoid processed grains, but then I saw on the internet folks who sell 'whole grain flour' and I became very confused. Please help. I ask this because I'm seeing signs in my health that tell me I'm headed toward diabetes, but can still pull out before its too late. Thus the advice to eat whole grains. Trying to build, tone and lose fat. are power and protein bars a good way to go?

I tend to work out 4-5x a week. I've been working out and dieting for about 6 weeks. I tend to stay at the gym from 1hr-3hrs. I want to work out as much as i can to get the best results possible because my weight loss has been really slow, I've lost about 7 llbs so far. I've been using whey powder and making shakes out of soy milk, whey, grapefruit, strawberries and oranges. but most recently I bought IronGirl powerbars for before my workout, powerbar energy blast fruit chews for during my workout (which I've noticed REALLY give me energy) and protein plus bars which include 20g of protein. If I'm having a slower workout I'll only take the irongirl bar and possible a protein bar but today (I had a 3 hour workout) I had all three plus a whey shake. is this to much? I dont know if this is enough for just body building or how protein works really. I noticed the energy blasts have a lot of sugar and the bars have lots of carbs and sugar - which I don't believe is very good for weight loss. is their types of energy and protein supplements that have fewer carbs and sugars? or is what I'm doing good for the results I want?

Cake advice please - sponge?

I am making a cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. I can make little sponges ok but when i make a big one it tastes a bit eggy lol do i need to leave it longer? i leave it untill it shrinks from edge of tin and a clean knife comes out so i think i might burn it if i leave it longer. Dull complexion at age 20?

I smoked for a couple years a while back completely oblivious at the effect it was having on my skin specifically my face. Quit smoking and drank a lot of green tea ( I work for a green tea co, so easily 8-10 cups a day) the caffine in the tea ended up making me break out really bad, again, completely oblivious that it was the tea I thought it was stress or sugar. Finally figured it out and switched to caffine free... (Insult to injury, I first was worried about my lifeless skin, then moderate acne, now acne scars!) when acne cleared I went to the dermatologist and got a chemical peel to even the skin tone. Which helped a lot with skin tone and scaring, but I still feel that I'm quite pale... I exfoliate with a vitamin c scrub once a week, use a natural pomegrant softening toner, eye cream for my always tired looking eyes, and a vitamin c moisturzer with spf 30. I don't tan cuz I know how bad it is for skin and I feel like I'm basically doing everything right .. my sleeping schedule is pretty bad but I still get 7-8 hours of sleep and I eat healthy when I can ( not my choice my mom buys all the groceries so I don't have my pick of fresh veggies and fish) stopped taking hair skin and nail vitamins cuz I felt they weren't doing much. BTW, my skin tone is a really nice olive. I'm black Korean and white so its more of a tan light skinned black girl thing going on. My skin on the face just looks dull and lifeless no matter what I do and I know its from smoking, but I've been told that the skin has really amazing healing abilities, especially since I'm young. I plan on exersizing some more but I'm a pretty fit person as well. Sorry about the rant but I'm pretty confused as to what else I need to do here. Oh and its been like 7-8 months since I quit smoking.
