How do people on youtube get those subscribe things on the top of there vids?

Those are called "Youtube Partners" They get enough views on each of their videos that youtube pays them to make videos. And they can modify things that a regular youtuber can like adding stuff to the top of their channel and videos, and also having advertisements.
