Were the Father and Son in the Holy Spirit or were they Holy Spirit? Also do you work this out with trinity,..?

The Father is God, the Son is Jesus, and this is what I believe, I believe that the Holy Spirit is the spirit of the Lord, I believe it is his spirit that enters our souls. God bless
