5 month old yorkie puppy answers please!!?

my yorkie has been vomiting coughing and gagging all day, i thought it was his blood sugar but its not that he has also been having accidents all day which NEVER happens, he has never been a kennel and never been around any other dogs that use kennels so im pretty sure its not kennel cough. im really worried about him does anyone know what it could be?
